A surgical staple driver array configured to be operatively used with a surgical staple cartridge. The distal staple driver is slidably supportable within the surgical staple cartridge and is configured to operably support a distally oriented distal surgical staple. The at least one intermediate staple driver is configured to be slidably supported within a surgical staple cartridge adjacent to the distal staple driver. Each of the intermediate staple drivers is a first surgical staple oriented in a first direction, a second surgical staple oriented in a second direction, and a third surgical staple oriented in a third direction. It is configured to operably support the staples. The proximal staple driver is slidably supported adjacent to the most proximal driver of the intermediate staple drivers.
