The system comprises also a sliding insert (2) adapted to be placed between the first implant (1) and the second implant (3). The first surface (2A) of the sliding insert (2) is complementary to a contact surface (1A) of the first implant (1) and the second surface (2B) of the sliding insert (2) is complementary to a contact surface (3A) of the second implant (3). The first surface (2A) of the sliding insert (2) is at least partially spherical, and the second surface (2B) of the sliding insert (2) is substantially planar.
