PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living body holding structure for use in a growing state measuring device for a growing crop which can continuously measure the nutrient status of the plant nondestructively with respect to a growing crop in a growth stage before harvesting.SOLUTION: The living body holding structure used for the growing condition measuring device of a crop under cultivation of the present invention is used for the growing condition measuring device of a crop under cultivation which irradiates the measuring parts 1a, 1b, 1c of a plant 1 with irradiation light and detects the detection light from the measuring parts 1a, 1b, 1c, and calculates from the detected light received at least one of the component amounts of the amount of nitrate nitrogen, the amount of carbohydrates, the amount of protein, the amount of mineral components, the amount of antioxidants, and the amount of water, indicating the nutritional status of plant 1, where the plant 1 is a growing crop in a growing stage before harvesting, and the measurement sites 1a, 1b, 1c are any of a stem, a peduncle, or a stalk, and it is attached to the stem, the peduncle, or the stalk.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】収穫前の生育段階にある栽培中作物に対して、非破壊で植物の栄養状態を連続測定できる、栽培中作物の生育状態測定装置に用いる生体保持構造体を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の栽培中作物の生育状態測定装置に用いる生体保持構造体は、植物1の測定部位1a、1b、1cに対して照射光を照射し、測定部位1a、1b、1cからの検出光を受光し、受光した検出光から、植物1の栄養状態を示す、硝酸態窒素量、炭水化物量、タンパク質量、ミネラル成分量、抗酸化物質量、及び水分量の少なくともいずれか一つの成分量を算出する栽培中作物の生育状態測定装置に用いる生体保持構造体であって、植物1が、収穫前の生育段階にある栽培中作物であり、測定部位1a、1b、1cを、茎、果柄、及び葉柄のいずれかとし、茎、果柄、又は葉柄に装着することを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
