To solve the problem that a conventional hook-shaped fishhook is snagged easily, though capable of hooking fish easily, and cannot be removed easily when being snagged with complicated algae, rocks or the like on a water bottom.SOLUTION: In a snag prevention fishhook, a joint part is provided between a fishhook shank and a fishhook tip part, of a hook-shaped fishhook, and the fishhook tip part is folded so that a needle tip can adhere to the fishhook shank, and a derivative receiving part is held, integratedly with the fishhook tip part, and protrusively and extendedly from the joint part to the opposite side to the fishhook tip part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】従来のフック状の釣針は、魚の掛かりはよいが、根がかりし易く、複雑な水底の、藻や岩などに根掛かりすると、容易には外せない問題があった。【解決手段】フック状釣針の、釣針軸部と釣針先端部の間に、関節部を設け、釣針先端部を折り畳み、釣針軸部に針先を密着可能とし、関節部から釣針先端部と反対側に延長して突き出た、釣針先端部と一体の誘導体受け部を持つこと特徴とする、根掛り防止釣針である。【選択図】図１
