The present invention relates to a peptide for promoting osteogenesis or inhibiting osteolysis, and a use thereof. The peptide for regulating osteogenesis or osteolysis, of the present invention, has an effect of promoting osteogenesis by promoting osteoblast differentiation and simultaneously inhibiting osteoclast differentiation and resorption functions so as to suppress osteolysis. In addition, the peptide of the present invention has a low molecular weight, thereby enabling economical production, and thus the peptide can be useful for preventing and treating bone diseases.La présente invention concerne un peptide permettant de favoriser l'ostéogenèse ou d'inhiber l'ostéolyse, et une utilisation associée. Le peptide permettant de réguler l'ostéogenèse ou l'ostéolyse, de la présente invention, a pour effet de favoriser l'ostéogenèse en favorisant la différenciation ostéoblastique, et, simultanément, en inhibant la différenciation ostéoclastique et des fonctions de résorption de l'ostéolyse de manière à supprimer l'osétolyse. De plus, le peptide de la présente invention possède un poids moléculaire faible, ce qui permet une production économique, et, par conséquent, le peptide peut être utile pour la prévention et le traitement de maladies osseuses.본 발명은 골 형성 촉진 또는 골 흡수 억제용 펩타이드 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 골 형성 또는 골 흡수 조절용 펩타이드는 조골세포의 분화를 촉진하고, 동시에 파골세포 분화 및 흡수 기능을 억제하여 골 흡수를 저해함으로써 골 형성을 촉진시키는 효과가 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 펩타이드는 저분자량이므로, 경제적인 생산이 가능하여 골 질환의 예방 및 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
