The present invention relates to a method of producing natural vitamin using lees of unrefined rice wine, more specifically the method of producing the natural vitamin containing abundant amount of yeast, edible fibers, and enzymes by using the lees obtained from the production method of the unrefined rice wine as byproducts as a main material and by additional fermentation and pulverizing processes.
