The present invention relates to an apparatus for punching plastic which punches holes on a plastic and effectively removes a punching film which is formed in a process of punching. An apparatus for punching according to the present invention includes a frame, a punching unit which is installed in the frame for punching holes on a tube type plastic, and a film removal unit which is installed in a lower part of the punching unit and collecting punching film generated by punching holes with the punching unit. The film removal unit includes a collection housing which is installed in a lower part of the punching unit and is opened to the top to receive the punching film inside, and a collection pipe which is connected to a collection hole formed in one side of the collection housing and discharges from the collection housing by sucking the punching film which is inputted to the collection housing.
