To provide a posture correction belt that has a back pad part which is compact and also simple to put on the body and that simply and surely adjusts a correction force on the shoulders by left and right elastic belts respectively.SOLUTION: The posture correction belt includes: a right elastic belt 11a and a left elastic belt 11b that have elasticity； a back pad part 12 for which the proximal part of the right elastic belt 11a and of the left elastic belt 11b are connected with each other and are situated on the back side； and a right belt direction switch part 13a and a left belt direction switch part 13b which are provided in the back pad part 12, which when wearing go over the right/left shoulders respectively from the back pad part 12, and then go through the right elastic belt 11a and the left elastic belt 11b respectively that returned to the back side through the right/left body front side and armpit, and which are again made to turn to the front side of the body.
