PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threshing apparatus supplementing the winnowing capacity of a winnower fan and improving the winnowing capacity of tailings to improve the recovering efficiency of grains with reduced cost.SOLUTION: Tailings comprising relatively small-size treating objects among treating objects falling from a threshing chamber 66 and a tailings treating chamber 67 placed adjacent to the threshing chamber 66 to a shaking shelf 51 of a screening chamber 50 are transferred toward the tailings treating chamber 67 with a tailing screw 86 placed in the cavity of the tailing shelf 85 while blowing screening wind from an opening 93 opened on the sidewall of the threshing apparatus 15 by a fan 90 placed on the extended part of a driving shaft 86a of the tailing screw 86 and blowing screening wind from the lower end of the tailing screw 86 toward the upper part of the tailing screw 86, thereby inhibiting the transfer of the straw dust, etc., in the tailings into the tailings treating chamber 67 to improve the screening performance of the tailings, dispense with an exclusive transmission mechanism for the fan 90 and reduce the cost of the fan 90 and the installation cost of the apparatus.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】唐箕ファンによる風力選別能を補って、しかも二番物の風力選別能を改善するコスト的に有利な、穀粒の回収効率を向上させる脱穀装置を提供すること。【解決手段】扱室66と扱室66に隣接配置した二番処理室67から選別室50の揺動棚51に落下する被処理物の中の大きさの比較的小さい被処理物である二番物を二番棚板85の凹部に設けた二番螺旋86で二番処理室67に向けて搬送する際に、二番螺旋86の駆動軸86aの延長部に設けたファン90により脱穀装置15の側壁に設けた開口部93から選別風を吹き込み、該選別風を二番螺旋86の下方端部から二番螺旋86の上方に向けて吹き出し、二番物の中の藁屑などが二番処理室67に搬送されないようにすることで二番物の選別性能が従来より向上し、ファン90専用の伝動機構を必要とせず、ファン90自身も安価なもので構成できるので、設置コストを低減することができる。【選択図】図11
