The present invention relates to an endoscope with acoustic wave detection and voiceprint comparison, comprising a flexible tube, a hand-held console and a sound receiving element. The hand-held console further comprises an analog to digital converter, a storage unit and a digital signal processor. The sound receiving element sends the collected sound waves to the hand-held console, and the analog to digital converter converts it into digital signals.
