The various embodiments of the present invention disclose a device for monitoring and communicating a plurality of health parameters and data of a mother and a fetus during an antenatal care. The present invention allows a detailed monitoring and study of a health of a patent during prenatal care and is not limited to one or two health parameters but provide a detailed health diagnosis over a large period of pregnancy. The remote health service provider is also facilitated to manage the medicinal dosage over short as well as long period by just altering the graph through a computing device. The altered graph is sent to the device of onsite care taker or nurse, thus avoiding a necessity of visitation which further saves time and cost for a patient. The present device is non-invasive in nature and application techniques over the body are modular in nature to allow patient an easy application.
