PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably secure proper measurement accuracy by using a pressure measuring probe employing a flat balloon.SOLUTION: An oral cavity-related pressure measuring device includes the pressure measuring probe 1 which has the balloon 4 held by a balloon base material 5, and a communication member which has an inner cavity transferring the air pressure of the inside of the balloon to a pressure detecting section 8 via the balloon base material. The communication member comprises a probe attachment member 3 which has the balloon base material detachably connected to a leading end and the rear portion of which is provided with a holding portion 3b, and a connecting tube 6 for connecting a back end of the probe attachment member and the pressure detecting portion together. The balloon, which comprises a pressure receiving portion 4a and a balloon pipe-like member 4b, is coupled to a leading end of the balloon base material via the balloon pipe-like member. The probe attachment member is provided with an angle mark portion 3b which enables recognition of a direction of a predetermined rotational angle around an axis. An angle made between a long-axis direction of a flat shape of the balloon and a direction of the rotational angle indicated by the angle mark portion falls within a fixed range in a state in which the balloon base material and the probe attachment member are connected together.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】扁平形状のバルーンを用いた圧力測定プローブにより、良好な測定精度を安定して確保することを可能とする。【解決手段】バルーン基材5にバルーン4を保持させた圧力測定プローブ1と、バルーン基材を介してバルーン内部の空気圧を圧力検知部8に伝達する内腔を有する連通部材を備える。連通部材は、先端部にバルーン基材が着脱自在に接続されその後部に把持部3bが設けられたプローブ装着部材3と、プローブ装着部材の後端と圧力検知部とを接続する連結チューブ6を備える。バルーンは、受圧部4a及びバルーン管状部4bを備え、バルーン管状部でバルーン基材の先端部に結合している。プローブ装着部材には、軸周りの所定の回動角度の方向を認識可能とする角度標識部3bが設けられ、バルーン基材とプローブ装着部材が接続された状態で、バルーンの扁平形状の長軸方向と角度標識部が示す回動角度の方向の成す角度が一定の範囲内となる。【選択図】図1
