PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spreading agent composition for an agricultural chemical which improves the hygroexpansional properties (wet spreading properties) of the agricultural chemical, enhances the adhesion amount of the agricultural chemical by preventing the dripping of droplets adhering to a plant and an insect pest, can reinforce the efficacy of the agricultural chemical, is easy to formulate, and is excellent in a storage stability.SOLUTION: The spreading agent composition for the agricultural chemical contains (A) 5-30 wt.% of polysaccharide, (B) 5-40 wt.% of polyoxyalkylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, and (C) 5-40 wt.% of one or more nonionic surfactant selected from polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether, sorbitan fatty acid ester, and silicone surfactant.
