PURPOSE: A heating apparatus for making strawberry jam is provided to improve the color and antiseptic effect of strawberry jam without addition of coloring and antiseptic agents. CONSTITUTION: A heating apparatus for making strawberry jam comprises a pot(40) with open top and curved bottom, a heating unit(42) which heats the inside of the pot to heat jam to an internal temperature of 80~95°；C, an agitator(8) which is provided inside the pot and rotated 20~40 times per minute, and control unit(24) which controls the heating unit, an exhaust fan(20), and the agitator. A gap of 1~40mm is formed between the agitating blade(8a) of the agitator and the bottom surface of the pot.딸기잼 제조용 가열장치에 있어서,상부가 개방되고 저장바닥면이 만곡되게 형성된 솥(40)와, 솥(40)의 저부를 가열하되 잼이 끓을 때 80~95℃의 잼내부 온도를 갖도록 가열하는 가열부(42)를 구비하며, 솥(40) 내부에는 분당 20~40회 회전하는 교반기(8)가 설치되고, 가열부(42)와 배기팬(20) 및 교반기(8)를 제어하는 제어부(24)를 구비하며, 교반기(8)의 교반날부(8a)와 솥(40)의 저장바닥면 간은 1~40mm 틈을 가지게 구성하며, 교반기(8)는 솥(40) 상부의 횡단받침부재(26)에 설치된 모터(8b)와, 모터(8b)에 연결된 수직축봉(8c)과, 수직축봉(8c)의 하단부에 설치된 교반날부(8a)로 구성하여서 딸기잼을 대량 생산하면서도 균일한 고품질을 갖도록 딸기를 끓여 준다.
