In the selecting step, wild herbs are collected and selected. In the washing step, the wild herbs which have gone through the selecting step are washed with bedrock water. In the drying step, the moisture is removed from the wild herbs which have gone through the washing step. In the mixing step, the wild herbs which have gone through the mixing step are mixed with sugar. In the fermenting step, the wild herbs which have gone through the mixing step are fermented to prepare a fermented material. In the first filtering step, the fermented material is filtered to separate a first filtrate. In the aging step, the first filtrate is aged to prepare an aged material. In the second filtering step, a precipitate is removed from the aged material to prepare an enzymatic fermentation liquid.
