Provided in the present invention are an antibody, in particular humanized antibody, to hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), a nucleic acid molecule encoding the same, a preparation method therefor, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same. Also provided in the present invention are uses of the antibody and pharmaceutical composition. The antibody and pharmaceutical composition of the present invention can be used for prevention and/or treatment of HBV infection or diseases associated with HBV infection (such as hepatitis B), used for neutralizing HBV virulence in the body of a subject (such as human), or used for lowering the serum level of HBV DNA and/or HBsAg in the body of the subject.
