The present invention relates to a forming roller structure of a laver drying screen and a laver drying screen having the same structure. In particular, to make a left-inclined strip (11), an upper end strip (12), a right-inclined strip (13), and a lower end strip (14) have a cross-sectional side in a wave shape on a laver drying screen (P), the forming roller structure of the laver drying screen is a structure wherein A, B, C, and D type circular knives (A1, B1, C1, D1), having outer diameter grooves (a, c, d) and a key groove (b) in various sizes, and A, B, C, and D-type washers (A2, B2, C2, D2, E) are combined on a multi-stage in upper and lower rotation axes (1, 2) which are engaged to a gear (7) and rotated. When the laver drying screen (P) is moved in a drying apparatus, laver can be prevented, due to friction of the inclined strips, from being pushed in one direction and deformed. When the laver is dried and contracted, the laver is separated from the left-inclined strip (11) on an inclined lower end portion of the laver, the lower end strip (14), and the right-inclined strip (13) and is attached to only the upper end strip (12), which is an upper end portion.
