The present invention relates to a method for producing a semi-mature dendritic cell, in which immature dendritic cells are treated by an auto antigen, cytokine, and PGE2 to treat autoimmune diseases, specifically rheumarthritis, so expression of NR4A2 and/or UBASH3B protein or a gene coding the protein is twice increased compared to immature dendritic cells. Moreover, the present invention relates to a cell treating agent for treating or preventing autoimmune diseases, which includes the semi-mature dendritic cell as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, an effect in treating a rheumarthritis patient having reactivity about an autoanitigen which is identical to the autoanitigen treated in producing the semi-mature dendritic cell is remarkably improved, so a cell treatment is possible.본 발명은 자가면역질환, 특히 류마티스 관절염 치료를 위해 미성숙 수지상세포(immature dendritic cell)를 자가항원(auto antigen)과 사이토카인 및 PGE2로 처리하여 미성숙 수지상세포에 비하여 NR4A2 및/또는 UBASH3B 단백질, 또는 상기 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자의 발현이 2배 이상 증가된 준성숙 수지상세포(semi-mature dendritic cell)를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한 상기 준성숙 수지상세포를 유효성분으로 포함하는 자가면역질환 치료 또는 예방용 세포치료제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 준성숙 수지상세포 제조시 처리된 자가항원과 동일한 자가항원에 대한 반응성을 보유하는 류마티스 관절염 환자의 치료 효능을 높여 세포치료를 가능하게 한다.
