PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral osmotic pressure drug delivery system capable of overcoming a delivery fault in a drug that is highly water-soluble but has a problem with its release from an osmotic pressure dosage form.SOLUTION: There is provided an oral osmotic pressure drug delivery system that includes, when formulating by a standard osmotic pressure delivery system, a highly water-soluble drug showing an irregular or incomplete release profile and at least one release promoter. It is desirable that a water-solubility of the drug is at least 30 mg/ml. It is desirable that the drug is prostacyclin, especially treprostinil. It is desirable that the release promoter is selected from a group of wicking medicine, complexing agent, and micelle formation medicine. It is desirable that the wicking medicine is selected from a group including a surfactant and a non-swelling hydrophilic polymer. It is desirable that the non-swelling hydrophilic polymer is polyethylene glycol or the like, the complexing agent is polyvinylpyrrolidone or the like, and the micelle formation medicine is fatty acid sorbitan ester or the like.【課題】高水溶性であるが、浸透圧剤形からの放出に難がある薬剤の送達における欠点を克服する、経口浸透圧薬物送達システムの提供。【解決手段】標準的な浸透圧送達システムで製剤化する場合に、不規則又は不完全な放出プロファイルを示す高水溶性薬物、及び少なくとも１つの放出増強剤を含む、経口浸透圧薬物送達システム。該薬物の水への溶解度は、少なくとも３０ｍｇ／ｍｌであることが好ましい。該薬物は、プロスタサイクリン、特に、トレプロスチニルであることが好ましい。該放出増強剤は、ウィッキング剤、錯化剤、及びミセル形成剤からなる群より選択されることが好ましい。該ウィッキング剤は、界面活性剤、非膨潤親水性ポリマーを含む群より選択されることが好ましい。該非膨潤親水性ポリマーは、ポリエチレングリコール等、該錯化剤は、ポリビニルピロリドン等、該ミセル形成剤は、脂肪酸ソルビタンエステル等であることが好ましい。【選択図】なし
