One example device includes a housing defining at least one chamber and an injector disposed within the housing and comprising a hollow needle corresponding to a piston, the piston disposed and translatable within the chamber towards a first end of the chamber, the piston defining a void intersecting a hollow portion of the hollow needle, a needle guide configured to bend the hollow needle in response to movement of the hollow needle through the needle guide； and a propellant disposed within the chamber and positioned to force the piston towards the first end of the chamber in response to activation of the propellant.
