The present invention relates to a dry and wet infrared light sitz bath device which can be used in both a dry type and a wet type by being deviated from a conventional infrared light sitz bath device which has been limited in only one of a dry type and a wet type. The infrared light sitz bath of the present invention is made of retinispora, has an open top, has a body (10) including a near-infrared light lamp (40) and a medicinal chamber, and has a cover (20) formed to be opened and closed over the body (10) and having a penetration hole (200) formed therein. The dry and wet infrared light sitz bath device comprises: a bottom induction pipe (300) having a near-infrared light lamp (40), in which a bottom support (110) and a top support (100) having support grooves (101, 111) formed therein are formed on a vertical central axis in the body (10) and the diameter of the support groove (111) formed in the bottom support (110) is smaller than the diameter of the support groove (101) formed in the top support (100) and a top induction pipe (310) installed on the body (10) to be separated, in which a near-infrared light heater (50) is installed in an internal space having a cross-section becoming narrower toward the bottom thereof to be inserted in the support groove (101) formed in the top support (100) of the body (10) and a medicinal chamber (320) is disposed at the top of the near-infrared light heater.
