The present invention provides a portable rhinitis treatment device. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a simply carried and used portable rhinitis treatment device which maximizes treatment effects of rhinitis by inserting an LED into nose of a user and emitting light in the nose, thereby directing contacting light with an inner part of the nose.
