PURPOSE: A sanitary napkin is provided, which is able to maintain the skin except the vagina dry and tidy by minimizing contact surface. CONSTITUTION: A sanitary napkin comprises: a surface cover(100) consisting of a waterproof film in order to prevent menstrual blood from coming out； an inside cover(200) consisting of a main absorbent surface coming into contact with the skin around the vagina and a secondary absorbent surface； an absorption layer which is filled between the surface cover and inside cover and directly absorbs and holds menstrual blood； a diaphragm made of waterproof film inside the absorption layer； and an opening(600) in which the main absorbent surface comes into contact with the absorption layer.생리혈이 질 이외의 부분에 묻지 않도록하는 생리대가 개시된다. 본 발명의 생리대는 생리혈이 밖으로 나오지 못하도록 하기 위하여 방수막으로 이루어진 겉커버； 상기 겉커버의 반대편에서 생리혈이 배출되는 질 부위의 피부에 접촉하는 주흡수면과 주흡수면을 벗어난 생리혈을 투과하는 보조흡수면으로 이루어진 속커버； 상기 주흡수면 뒤쪽 보조흡수면 경계지점에 형성된 방지턱； 상기 겉커버와 속커버 사이에 충진되어 생리혈을 직접 흡수하고 보유하는 상부 흡수층 및 하부 흡수층으로 이루어진 흡수층； 상기 상부 흡수층과 하부 흡수층 사이에서 방수막으로 이루어진 가림막； 및 상기 상부 흡수층과 가림막이 절개되어 상기 주흡수면이 상기 하부 흡수층과 접촉하도록 하는 질 부근에 형성되는 개구부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 생리혈의 대부분은 질 부근에 형성된 주흡수면을 통해서 하부 흡수층에 생리혈이 흡수되고 주흡수면을 벗어난 부분에 흘려지는 생리혈은 보조흡수면을 통해서 상부 흡수층에 흡수되며, 하부 흡수층과 상부 흡수층이 가림막으로 완전히 분리되어 주로 많은 양의 생리혈이 흡수된 하부 흡수층에 있는 생리혈은 질 이외의 피부에서 완전히 분리되어 생리혈이 직접 분비되는 질 이외의 피부는 항상 보송보송한 상태를 유지할 수 있다.
