PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress or prevent scattering of ingredients in a rolled sushi continuous manufacturing device.SOLUTION: An ingredient presser device 7 for pressing ingredients on a laminate to gather them in a width direction center of the laminate is arranged between a topping conveyor 3b and a roll molding part 4 of a continuous laver roll molding machine M1. A roller member 7a of the ingredient pressing device 7 is supported in a rotatable state in a support frame body 7b. At a center of an axis direction of the roller member 7a, a pressing part 7ap with smaller diameter toward a center thereof is formed, and ingredients is gathered to the center by a taper of the pressing part 7ap. A pair of flange parts 7af, 7af are formed at both sides of the pressing part 7ap on a rotation axis 7ax of the roller member 7a. The flange part 7af is formed with lager diameter than that of the rotation axis 7ax or the pressing part 7ap so as to be in contact with the laminate, thereby the roller member 7a is rotated reversely as the laminate is transported.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】巻寿司連続製造装置において具材の散らばりを抑制または防止する。【解決手段】連続海苔巻き成形機M1のトッピングコンベア3bと巻成形部4との間に積層物上の具材を積層物の幅方向中央に寄せるように押さえる具材押さえ装置7を設けた。具材押さえ装置7のローラ部材7aは、支持枠体7bに回転可能な状態で支持されている。ローラ部材7aの軸方向の中央には、その中央に向かって小径となる押さえ部7apが形成されており、その押さえ部7apのテーパによって具材が中央に寄せられるようになっている。また、ローラ部材7aの回転軸7ax上において押さえ部7apの両側には一対のフランジ部7af,7afが形成されている。フランジ部7afは、積層物に接するように回転軸7axや押さえ部7apよりも大径に形成されており、これにより積層物の搬送によってローラ部材7aが連れ回りするようになっている。【選択図】図3
