According to an embodiment of the present invention, a plant cultivation apparatus includes: a plant cultivation chamber which has a cultivation space arranged on the inside to cultivate plants; a cultivation solution container which is formed on the lower part of the plant cultivation chamber to store a plant cultivation solution; a port holder which is arranged in the plant cultivation chamber in the horizontal direction to cover the upper part of the cultivation solution container and has multiple port insertion holes; a plant cultivation port which is held by the port holder by being individually inserted to the port insertion holes, has the shape of a container storing cultivation soils on the inside, has multiple through-holes on the outer surface of the container, and arranges the through-hole forming part to be immersed in the cultivation solution container by a predetermined depth or deeper; an LED unit which is installed on the upper part of the plant cultivation chamber to emit light to the growing plants; and a control unit which controls the light emission operation of the LED unit to adjust the brightness and wavelength of the light emitted to the plant cultivation chamber. The cultivation solution container has an inlet drawing in the cultivation solution and an outlet discharging the stored solution installed on the upper part to be controlled to be opened or closed.
