PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of untreated raw laver to which separation and removal treatment of foreign substance have not been performed together with separated and removed foreign substance to be discarded to the outside in performing separation and removal treatment of raw laver foreign substance by a raw laver foreign substance separating apparatus that makes raw laver mixed liquid forcibly pass to the outside via a gap disposed for a foreign substance separating tank into which raw laver mixed liquid being mixed liquid of raw laver and seawater is input and housed, and separate and remove foreign substance which cannot pass through the gap.SOLUTION: A separating apparatus of raw laver foreign substance comprises: a discharge port which is disposed on a bottom surface side of a foreign substance separating tank and from which foreign substance left in the foreign substance separating tank is discharged from the foreign substance separating tank a discharge pipe which is equipped with an opening and closing mechanism on a tip side and whose base end side is connected to the discharge port, and forms a discharge flow path through which foreign substance is discharged from the foreign substance separating tank together with the discharge port and an on-off valve which opens the discharge flow path when flowing of fluid occurs from a base end side toward a tip side of the discharge pipe and closes the discharge flow path when fluid stays in the discharge pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】生海苔と海水との混合液である生海苔混合液が投入・収容される異物分離槽に配備されている隙間を介して生海苔混合液を強制的に外部へ通過させ、隙間を通過できない異物を分離・除去する生海苔異物分離装置で生海苔異物分離・除去処理を行う際に、分離・除去された異物とともに外部に廃棄される異物分離・除去処理が行われていない未処理の生海苔の量を減少させる。【解決手段】異物分離槽の底面側に配備されていて異物分離槽に残った異物が異物分離槽から排出されていく排出口と、先端側に開閉機構を備えていて基端側が排出口に接続され、異物が異物分離槽から排出されていく排出流路を排出口とともに形成する排出パイプと、排出パイプの基端側から先端側に向かう流体の流動が生じているときに排出流路を開にし、排出パイプ内に流体が滞留するときに排出流路を閉にする開閉弁とを備えている生海苔異物分離装置。【選択図】図5
