PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified cosmetic giving no sticky feeling, causing no syneresis problem, and having degrading feeling which evokes permeating feeling when applied to skin.SOLUTION: A emulsified cosmetic is characterized by containing 1.0 to 2.0 mass% of (a) hydrophobic modified polyetherurethane, (b) microgel obtained by breaking gel made of a hydrophilic compound, and (c) 0.5 to 2.0 mass% of powder.
