The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), a composition for predicting the risk of recurrence of acute myeloid leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention has excellent therapeutic effect on acute myelogenous leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome. In addition, the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention can be usefully used to prevent recurrence of acute myelogenous leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome. In addition, the composition of the present invention can be effectively used to simply diagnose the prognosis for acute myelogenous leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome, or the risk of recurrence of acute myelogenous leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome in an individual.본 발명은 급성골수성백혈병(Acute myeloid leukemia, AML) 또는 골수형성이상증후군(Myelodysplastic syndrome, MDS) 치료용 약학 조성물, 급성골수성백혈병 또는 골수형성이상증후군 재발의 위험성을 예측하기 위한 조성물에 대한 것이다.본 발명의 약학 조성물은 급성골수성백혈병 또는 골수형성이상증후군에 대한 치료 효과가 우수하다. 또한, 본 발명의 약학 조성물은 급성골수성백혈병 또는 골수형성이상증후군의 재발을 예방하기 위해 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.또한, 본 발명의 조성물은 개체의 급성골수성백혈병 또는 골수형성이상증후군에 대한 예후, 또는 급성골수성백혈병 또는 골수형성이상증후군 재발의 위험성을 간단히 진단하기 위해 효율적으로 사용될 수 있다.
