PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide packing for a hand inserting window that can further reduce an opening/closing sound of a hand inserting door, and an infant incubator provided with the packing.SOLUTION: Packing for a hand inserting window provided on a treatment door on a side of an infant incubating chamber, forming an inner peripheral edge of the hand inserting window that is opened and closed by a hand inserting door, is composed by integrally forming a seal piece 57 that abuts against the hand inserting door to an annular fitting part 56 provided in the inner peripheral edge of the hand inserting window. The seal piece 57 is formed in a thin-walled shape compared to the fitting part 56, and its inner peripheral surface is formed in a curved surface shape that gradually expands from the inner peripheral surface of the fitting part 56 to the tip direction.
