According to an embodiment of the present invention, the portable wrist wearable manometer comprises: a blood pressure sensing strap worn on a wrist of an examinee and a display unit included in the blood pressure sensing strap and to output a blood pressure value of the examinee. According to the present invention, the blood pressure sensing strap comprises: a wrist wearable reference unit for the regular position of the wrist wearable manometer a wrist strap capable of being bent to wrap the wrist of the examinee and a blood pressure sensing unit included in the wrist strap. According to the present invention, a user can conveniently measure a blood pressure by wearing the portable wrist wearable manometer as a watch whenever the user want to measure the blood pressure.
