The present invention relates to a plasma ion generating apparatus equipped with air flow paths. The plasma ion generating apparatus comprising a first cell； a second cell； dielectric barriers； a cell fixing cap； an electric shock prevention cap； a housing； and a control portion is equipped with air flow paths to generate plasma for sterilization, deodorization, and for removing bacteria and virus in the air. The plasma ion generating apparatus comprises: air flow paths which are coated with dielectric barriers on one side or both sides of the first and second cells consisting of a conductive metal to form a gap between the dielectric barriers, and which is formed in any one of circular, oval, or slot hole shapes to introduce air and discharge the same through the dielectric barriers of a dielectric paste for charging and discharging the both sides or one side of the cells according to generation of plasma； the cell fixing cap which is installed with a cell fixing portion having terminal insertion portions of the cells each mounted thereto, and in which one of the cells mounted to a cell fixing portion corresponds to a guide and a guide groove to be coupled thereto, so as to form one cell unit； the housing to which the cell unit formed by the cell fixing cap is fixed and attached； and an electric shock prevention cap which secures safety according to electricity flow of the cell unit coupled by applying power, and which is made of a plastic or ceramic material to prevent electric shock according to the application of power.
