PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform a mucus membrane separating treatment by easily adjusting the direction of a mucus membrane shoving member relative to a high-frequency treatment instrument without shading an observation visual field of an endoscope in the high-frequency treatment instrument for the endoscope wherein the mucus membrane shoving member of such a shape that the distal end of one rod is curved is juxtaposed with the high-frequency treatment instrument.SOLUTION: A distal end guide member 4 made of an electricity insulation material for guiding distal end portions of two treatment members 2 and 3 projecting from the distal end of a flexible sheath 1 is provided at the distal end of the flexible sheath 1 in such a way as rotatable around an axis of the distal end of the flexible sheath 1.
