PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for base make-up containing a composite powder of titanium dioxside and mica is provided to cover blemishes and to ensure luster on the skin. CONSTITUTION: A composite powder is formed of aluminum myristate and mica and titanium dioxide coated with polymethyl silsesquioxane. The average particle size and aspect ratio of the mica are 10-25 um and 40-70. The average particle size of the titanium dioxide is 0.1-10 um.
