Provided is a composition for skin regeneration or wrinkle reduction containing a combination of four growth factors, which are composed of transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1), transforming growth factor β3 (TGF-β3), platelet-derived growth factor BB (PDGF-BB) and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), as an active ingredient. The composition for skin regeneration or wrinkle reduction is provided to promote propagation and movement of skin fibroblast and increase collagen production in skin, thereby providing an effect for skin regeneration and/or wrinkle reduction.
