The present invention relates to a portable sterilizing and dust collecting apparatus. More specifically, the present invention forms a sterilizing device and a duct collecting device on both sides by installing either an ultraviolet plate, radiating ultraviolet rays to sterilize bacteria which inhabits clothes, bedding, etc., on one side cross section or an infrared plate, drying the clothes, the bedding, etc. using heating line after the sterilization process and installing an absorbing unit, having an absorbing nozzle for absorbing killed bacteria remains, in the other side cross section； and forms a handle to be able to rotate in all directions for being overturned after completion of the sterilization to absorb abnormal materials and to manage the environment hygienically and conveniently, wherein the absorbing unit has a penetrated inside for rapidly moving the materials into a dust collecting unit via a passageway unit, and a fine net with a predetermined diameter or less is installed on the circumferential surface of the absorbing unit for selectively absorbing and cleaning only killed bacteria or mite remains.본 발명은 휴대용 살균집진장치에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 일측 단면에는 자외선을 조사하여 의류, 침구 등에 서식하는 세균을 살균하는 자외선 플레이트와, 살균 과정 이후 열선을 통해 의류, 침구 등을 건조시키는 적외선 플레이트 중 어느 하나를 장착하고, 타측 단면에는 잔존하는 세균의 사체를 흡입하는 흡입노즐을 구비한 흡입부를 장착하여 살균 및 집진장치를 양측으로 형성하고, 전방향으로 회전이 가능한 손잡이를 형성하여 살균이 완료된 이후 뒤집어서 이물질을 흡입하여 위생적이고 편리하게 환경을 관리할 수 있도록 하고, 흡입부는 통로부를 거쳐 집진부로 신속하게 이동시키도록 내부가 관통형성되며, 흡입부의 외주면은 소정 직경 이하의 미세망을 장착하여 세균이나 진드기 등의 사체만을 선택적으로 흡입하여 청소를 할 수 있도록 하는 휴대용 살균집진장치에 관한 것이다.
