PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic endoscope system, an ultrasonic endoscope balloon attaching kit and an ultrasonic endoscope balloon attaching aid, allowing a small-diameter balloon made of an elastic material to be easily attached to the distal end of an insertion part having an ultrasonic probe.
SOLUTION: The endoscope balloon attaching aid comprises a pair of opening/closing pieces 31 and a connection part 36 connecting the pair of opening/closing pieces. Each opening/closing piece has a projecting insertion piece 33 which can be inserted into an opening B2 of the balloon B1. The insertion pieces are separated from each other in a free state, and are close to each other when the insertion pieces are elastically deformed. The insertion pieces extend in the direction approximately orthogonally crossing the direction of separation and the direction of extension of the opening/closing pieces.
