The present invention relates to a snare-integrated catheter for detecting a myocardial electrical signal. More particularly, the present invention relates to a snare-integrated catheter for detecting a myocardial electric signal which senses an electrical signal of myocardia so that a cerclage wire passes through the bundle of His, captures the cerclage wire that has passed through the bundle of His with a snare built into the catheter, and safely guides the cerclage wire into the body. According to the present invention, the snare-integrated catheter comprises: a catheter which senses an electrical signal of myocardia, having a hollow inside, and inserting a guide wire where one or more electrodes are coupled to a distal portion； a snare lumen installed on a side wall of the catheter along a longitudinal direction and having a hollow inside； and a snare inserted into the snare lumen and having one or more annular wires at one end.본 발명은 스네어 일체형 심근 전기 신호 감지 카테터에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 심근의 전기 신호를 감지하여 서클라지 와이어가 히스를 통과하게 하며, 히스를 통과한 서클라지 와이어를 상기 카테터에 내장된 스네어로 캡쳐하여 안전하게 체내로 유도하는 스네어 일체형 심근 전기 신호 감지 카테터 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 내부가 중공되어 가이드와이어를 삽입하며, 원위부에 1개 이상의 전극이 결합되어 심근의 전기 신호를 감지하는 카테터； 상기 카테터 측벽 상에 길이방향을 따라 설치되며 내부가 중공된 스네어 루멘； 및 상기 스네어 루멘에 삽입되며 일단에 1개 이상의 환형 와이어가 구비된 스네어；를 포함하는 스네어 일체형 심근 전기 신호 감지 카테터에 관한 것이다.
