PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody that binds to an interleukin-3 receptor (IL-3R) &alpha； chain and uses thereof.SOLUTION: An isolated or recombinant humanized antibody capable of specifically binding to an IL-3R &alpha； chain comprises: a light chain variable region (VL) comprising specific amino acid sequences； a heavy chain variable region (VH) comprising specific amino acid sequences； and a heavy chain constant region comprising amino acid substitutions S239D and I332E according to the EU numbering system of Kabat.
