PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head fixation device in which an ear rod for use in an examinee can easily be disinfected and useless disposal is eliminated.SOLUTION: A head fixation device of the present invention includes: a pair of support arms 90 provided at both temporal parts of an examinee in an approaching and separating manner, respectively rod bases 92 secured to free ends of the support arms 90, respectively and an ear rod 94 detachably attached to the rod base 92, and inserted into an external acoustic foramen of the examinee.
