The present invention relates to combination therapies useful for the treatment of cancer. In particular, the present invention relates to a therapeutic combination comprising an anti-PD-L1 antibody and a DNA-PK inhibitor, optionally in combination with one or more additional chemotherapeutic agents or radiotherapy.
