The present invention relates to a drug loaded nanofiber chip for dental use and a manufacturing method thereof in which nanofibers having an average diameter of 10-1000 nm are entangled in the network form to from a nanofiber chip having a width of 1-20 mm, a height of 1-20 mm, and a thickness of 0.1-5 mm, and a drug is provided in the pores of the nanofiber surface present in the nanofiber chip, wherein the nanofiber is made of a biodegradable polymer material or titanium oxide. The nanofiber chip manufactured, by the present invention, has a very high specific surface area since the diameter of the fibers forming the chip has nano-size, can be easily adhered to wound by having the network (net) structure, can continue the release of the drug contained for a period of time, and can be used for disinfection, antibiotics, etc.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014본 발명은, 평균 직경이 10∼1000㎚인 나노섬유가 네트워크 형태로 얽혀서 가로 1∼20㎜, 세로 1∼20㎜ 및 두께 0.1∼5㎜를 갖는 나노섬유 칩을 이루고, 상기 나노섬유 칩 내부에 존재하는 상기 나노섬유 표면과 기공에 약물이 탑재되어 있으며, 상기 나노섬유는 생분해성 고분자 물질 또는 티타늄산화물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 약물이 탑재된 치과용 나노섬유 칩 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의해 제조된 나노섬유 칩은, 칩을 이루는 섬유의 직경이 나노 크기를 갖기 때문에 매우 높은 비표면적을 가지며, 네트워크(망) 구조를 이루므로 상처 부위에 쉽게 접착할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 함유된 약물의 방출이 일정기간 동안 지속적으로 이루어질 수 있고, 소독용, 항생제용 등으로 사용할 수 있다.
