The present invention provides a device for measuring a movement of an experimental small animal, which comprises: a base having a plate shape for an experimental small animal to be seated and arranged on the upper part, and combined and equipped with a hooking bar for hooking forepaws of the experimental small animal on one end； a rotary wheel rotationally installed on the other end of the base, and seated and arranged with hind legs of the experimental small animal seated on the base； a reverse-rotation preventing unit installed on the base for controlling a rotation direction of the rotary wheel so as to be rotated only in a direction of the rotary wheel pushed out by hind legs of the experimental small animal； and a measurement testing unit for measuring a rotation state of the rotary wheel rotate by a movement of the experimental small animal to comprehend motility of the experimental small animal. Accordingly, a device for measuring a movement of an experimental small animal comprises: arranging hind legs of the experimental small animal on a rotary wheel in a state of hooking forepaws of the experimental small animal on a hooking bar of a base； rotating the rotary wheel by a movement of hind legs of the experimental small animal； and objectively concluding a movement of the experimental small animal through a rotational speed and the number of a rotation by a measurement testing unit.본 발명은, 상부에 실험용 소동물이 안착 배치되도록 판 형상을 가지며, 일단에는 실험용 소동물의 앞발을 걸림시키는 걸림바가 결합 구비된 베이스, 베이스의 타단에 회전 가능하게 설치되며, 베이스에 안착된 실험용 소동물의 뒷발이 안착 배치되는 회전휠, 베이스에 설치되며, 회전휠이 실험용 소동물의 뒷발에 의해 밀림되는 방향으로만 회전되게 회전휠의 회전방향을 제어하는 역회전차단부, 실험용 소동물의 움직임에 의해 회전하는 회전휠의 회전상태를 측정하여 실험용 소동물의 운동성을 파악할 수 있게 하는 측정검사부를 포함하는 실험용 소동물의 운동측정장치를 제공한다.이와 같은, 실험용 소동물의 운동측정장치는, 베이스의 걸림바에 실험용 소동물의 앞발을 걸림시킨 상태에서 회전휠 상에 실험용 소동물의 뒷발을 배치시키면, 실험용 소동물의 뒷발 움직임에 의해 회전휠이 회전하게 된다. 그러면, 측정검사부가 회전휠의 회전속도와 회전수를 통해 실험용 소동물의 운동성을 객관적으로 도출할 수 있게 된다.
