The present invention discloses a transplanting machine which minimizes noise and enables accurate operation. The transplanting machine of the present invention comprises: a mission case having a plurality of gears embedded therein； a transplanting cup assembly (300) having a plurality of transplanting cups (302) arranged in a circular form； a hopper (210) receiving seedlings falling down from the transplanting cup to plant the same in the ground； and a link instrument (200) composed of a plurality of links which rotate the transplanting cup assembly as well as convert the output of the mission case into vertical reciprocation of the hopper. At least one side of an output gear (114) for rotating an output shaft of the mission case (100) and a transmission gear (112) engaged with the output gear to transmit power is eccentrically installed to set the output gear to be engaged with the transmission gear in order to produce the lowest speed adjacent to the top dead center of the transplanting cup. In addition, a stopper hole is formed on a transplanting cup latchet installed on the rotational shaft of the transplanting cup assembly to correspond to the position of the transplanting cup, and a steel ball elastically joined to the stopper hole is installed in a support container on a bracket installed and fixed to the transplanting machine.본 발명은 소음을 최소화하면서 정확한 동작의 구현이 가능한 이식기를 제안한다. 본 발명 이식기는, 다수의 기어가 내장된 미션케이스와, 원형으로 배열되는 다수의 이식컵(302)을 구비하는 이식컵 어셈블리(300), 상기 이식컵에서 떨어지는 묘종을 받아서 지중에 이식하기 위한 호퍼(210), 그리고 상기 미션케이스의 출력을 상기 호퍼의 승하강 왕복운동으로 변환함과 같이 이식컵 어셈블리를 회전시키는 다수의 링크로 구성되는 링크기구(200)를 구비하고 있다. 그리고 미션케이스(100)의 출력축을 회전시키는 출력기어(114)와 상기 출력기어와 맞물여 동력을 전달하는 전달기어(112)의 적어도 일측은 편심상태로 설치하여, 이식컵의 상사점 부근에서 가장 낮은 속도를 가지도록 출력기어와 전달기어가 맞물리도록 설정하고 있다. 그리고 이식컵 어셈블리의 회전축에 설치되는 이식컵라쳇에, 이식컵의 위치에 대응하도록 멈춤공을 성형하고, 이식기에 고정설치되는 브라켓에는 상기 멈춤공에 탄성적으로 결합되는 스틸볼을 지지통에 설치하고 있다.
