PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for allowing a user terminal to acquire a first index value accurately on the basis of a first biological component, in an information processing apparatus which communicates with the user terminal that provides the user with the first index value for reflecting a state of the first biological component of the user and evaluating a metabolic result of the component.SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus acquires a first index value, for reflecting a state of a first biological component of a user and evaluating a metabolic result of the first biological component for a certain period of time, on the basis of the first biological component and provides the user with the acquired first index value.
