The invention relates to antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof which bind to proadrenomedullin N-terminal peptide ("PAMP"). Furthermore, the invention comprises monoclonal antibody EGX-P-E9 as well as engineered variants thereof, including chimeric, humanized or de-immunized versions thereof. The antibodies of the invention are useful for inhibiting the physiological activities of PAMP as well as in diagnosis of PAMP-responsive conditions.Linvention concerne des anticorps et leurs fragments liant lantigène qui se lient au peptide N-terminal de proadrénomédulline (« PAMP »).
