The present invention relates to a clip supply device for providing a medical clip to a target area. More specifically, the present invention relates to a medical clip supply device which comprises: a housing； a clip accommodated in the housing and moving forward and backward to grip the target area； and an operation part detachably formed at the rear end of the housing and controlling the forward and backward movement of the clip. Specifically, the medical clip supply device comprises: the housing having a guide part in a longitudinal direction and having at least one block fixing groove along a traveling direction of the clip； an operation block accommodated in the housing, coupled to the clip, guided along the guide part, and fixed by the block fixing groove； and an operation wire driven by the operation of the operating part, coupled to the operation block to advance and retreat the operation block, and fractured from the operation block.
