PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occurrence of artifact due to body motion of a subject in energy subtraction imaging.SOLUTION: In the respective relative positions in relatively scanning a second grid to a first grid, imaging is performed with the energy of X-rays radiated from an X-ray source switched from low-energy to high-energy. The periodic pattern images of X-rays passing through the first and second grids are detected by an X-ray image detector to generate first and second image data to the low energy and the high energy, respectively.
