A multifunctional filter according to the present invention comprises a first filter and a second filter purifying a biological fluid such as a blood, a plasma, and a used blood dialysate； a housing including an installation space for the first filter and second filter, and dividing an adsorption space outside the first filter and the second filter； an inner flow path division connector connecting the first filter and the second filter； an outer flow path division connector storing the inner flow path division connector, and dividing the flow path outside the inner flow path division connector； and a housing port for generating flow through the adsorption space. The housing includes a container-shaped wall； a first cap coupled with the first filter on one side of the longitudinal direction of the wall； and a second cap coupled with the second filter on the other side of the longitudinal direction of the wall. The multifunctional filter according to the present invention integrates dialysis, adsorption, plasma separation or ultra filtration in a single filter, and forms a smooth flow inside for purifying a blood or used blood dialysate, thereby providing a blood purifying apparatus easily installing the total apparatus, being easily installed and used, and reducing the treatment costs.본 발명에 의한 복합기능 필터는 혈액, 혈장, 사용된 투석액 등의 생물학적 유체(biological fluid)를 정화하기 위한 제 1 필터 및 제 2 필터, 제 1 필터와 제 2 필터의 설치공간을 제공하며 제 1 필터와 제 2 필터 외부에 흡착구간을 구획하는 하우징, 제 1 필터와 제 2 필터를 연결하는 내측 유로구획 연결구, 내측 유로구획 연결구를 수용하며 내측 유로구획 연결구 외부에 유로를 구획할 수 있는 외측 유로구획 연결구, 및 흡착구간을 통한 유동이 발생할 수 있도록 하우징 포트를 포함하여 구성된다. 하우징은, 통형의 벽체, 벽체의 길이 방향 일측에 제 1 필터와 결합하는 제 1 캡, 벽체의 길이 방향 타측에 제 2 필터와 결합하는 제 2 캡을 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 복합기능 필터는 혈액 혹은 사용된 투석액을 정화하기 위하여 투석, 흡착, 혈장분리 혹은 한외여과를 한 개의 필터내에 일체화시키고 내부의 유동 흐름을 원활히 구성함으로써, 전체 장치가 간단하고, 설치 및 사용이 용이하며, 처치 비용을 절감할 수 있는 혈액정화 장치를 제공할 수 있다.
