PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed for preventing bedsores capable of removing stiffness of muscle by promoting blood circulation of each care-receiver confined to his or her bed and preventing bedsores.SOLUTION: The bed is provided with a plurality of air cushions 1 which are freely expandable/contractable and arranged in parallel to one another in a bed width direction, an air supply/exhaustion means 2 for supplying and exhausting compressed air to/from the air cushions 1 every prescribed time to expand/contract the air cushions 1 and a control means 3 for controlling the air supply/exhaustion means 2. Also, the air cushions 1 are formed so that expanded states become columns and a predicted part of bedsores generation of the care-receiver A is lifted up and down every prescribed time (t).
