The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating tendinopathy comprising isolated mitochondria as an effective component. According to the present invention, the pharmaceutical composition comprising mitochondria as an effective component can recover the ATP synthetic ability and antioxidant capacity of tendon cells damaged by an inflammatory reaction and can bring back to a level of normal tendon cells. In addition, in case of administering the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention into the damaged tendon cells, an expression of Bax, which is an apoptosis factor, is suppressed, while Blc-2, which is an apoptosis-inhibiting factor, is increased. Further, in case of administering the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention into the damaged tendon cells, an expression of MMP1 may be recovered and brought back to a level of normal tendon cells. Thus, the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention may be useful in preventing or treating tendinopathy.본 발명은 분리된 미토콘드리아를 유효성분으로 포함하는 건병증 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 미토콘드리아를 유효성분으로 포함하는 약학 조성물은 염증반응에 의해 손상된 건세포의 ATP 합성능 및 항산화능을 정상 건세포 수준으로 회복시킬 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 약학 조성물을 손상된 건세포에 투여할 경우, 세포사멸 인자인 Bax의 발현을 억제하며, 세포사멸 억제 인자인 Blc-2의 발현을 증가시킨다. 또한, 본 발명의 약학 조성물을 손상된 건세포에 투여할 경우, MMP1의 발현을 정상 건세포 수준으로 회복시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 약학 조성물은 건병증을 예방 또는 치료하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
